When it comes to sound quality the Yamaha FG830 got unbeatable sound for its price, compared to other guitars in its class and maybe some tier 1 guitars. really everything about this is guitar shout high quality starting with the full and well balanced solid Sitka spruce top and the new scalloped bracing combination to provide fat and loud authentic sound and resonance. and this a feature we normally find in high-end instruments. in addition to Louder and stronger sound in the low to mid ranges because of the cutting edge acoustic analysis and of course the new scalloped bracing patterns. not to forget the rosewood back and sides to ensures that you get power and clarity high-end tonal balance and great sustain. overall the core tune of the Yamaha FG830 is pure quality and A dozens of overtones as well as a rich projection.
Body and Neck
The Yamaha FG830 body is standard Dreadnought with tapered waist to fits all players, it is one of the most trendy body styles at the moment. A rosewood back and sides combine with solid Sitka spruce top( which make it sound better and better over time opposed to the laminate top which stays the same) coupled with abalone bling in the sound-hole makes this guitar sound perfect and looks like expensive instruments. in addition to a pickguard protects the lower bout of the body from unwanted pick scratches. nato slim tapered neck with satin finish and rosewood fretboard with rounded edges this baby pretty comfortable and fun to play.

In Short, I love everything about the guitar especially the new scalloped bracing which puts the Yamaha FG830 in perspective. it’s really the best choice for beginners and to skilled players who are in budget or want a travel guitar.
