One of the most popular acoustic guitars is the Jasmine S-35. If you’re looking for a super affordable guitar, then this is definitely the one you want. It’s great for beginners and those who don’t want to spend a lot on what might be their first guitar or just a spare guitar. or for an instrument to take around on the road or to places where more expensive gear is at risk of being damaged. Keep in mind this is not designed for kids, It’s full size guitar.
This Jasmine S-35 review will show you all its features, the hardware and Materials that were used to build it, its pros and cons, my rating for the guitar and my recommendations.
In my opinion, the Jasmine S35 acoustic guitar is the best investment for beginner and intermediate players, This is a budget instrument so you aren’t going to get the same sound out of it that you would get from a high-end guitar, but for what it is the sound is actually pretty great. For this price range, I don’t think you are going to be able to find a Guitar that sounds better than this one.
The advanced “X” bracing in the guitar top means that the braces are located in an X pattern closer to the sound hole, offering a more open sound and enhanced detail in the notes. This also helps reduce the overall weight of the guitar and lets the top vibrate a little more freely for better sound. the Jasmine S-35 is installed with Phosphor bronze light gauge .012-.053 string, it produces low-quality sound. That’s why most of its buyers choose to buy a different set of strings in order to create a more decent sound. I suggest you buy another high-quality set of strings.
Body and Neck
Jasmine S-35 Comes with a dreadnought body a laminate spruce top and laminated nato back and sides and Advanced “X” Bracing. Nato slim wood neck is bang on a feature and full 25 1/2″ scale length provide comfortable feel and excellent play ability, with a fairly smooth rosewood fret board and body.
The dreadnought shape with a matte satin finish the chrome tuners and the full body binding makes it presentable look wise and classy. and maximizes resonance for optimal sound quality.
Advanced “X” Bracing
- A decent Chrome tuner and should give you no trouble.
- The slim neck and light weight make this a pretty comfortable and easy to play.
- advanced “X” bracing offering a more open sound.
- rosewood bridge paired with a synthetic bone compensated saddle.
- Synthetic Bone, 1-3/4 in nut.
Overall Jasmine s-35 is an excellent beginner guitar, it is a great quality budget model with good sound and easy play-ability. including smart and sleek design, lightweight, and quality sound. For a guitar with the same features, Jasmine S-35’s price is almost unbeatable. If you are not ready to spend more, this Guitar is one of the excellent to practice your skills.
